We guarantee you the quality of Stance products. All the products of Stance Products are made under the strict quality control.

They are genuinely hand-made as if a professional in each field make a piece of work. All the materials used are of the highest quality from across the world. Therefore, the poor quality rate is near zero; and yet we have rules minimizing consumer complaint about quality. Damages done during delivery or defects found in quality will be compensated for according to the consumer compensation rules.

Instructions and cautions attached to this product for its use and handling need to be adhered to. Any defects in quality and deformation caused to this product by carelessness on the part of consumers will not hold us responsible for compensation. Make sure to read the features attached to this product as to its laundering and handling.

The period guaranteed for this product is 6 months from the date of purchase. Damages caused to this product by consumers due to their carelessness, its deformation by their erroneous laundering and any complaints they filed after the elapse of the 6th month guarantee period will not warrant compensation. If the product is repairable, the service will have to be paid for at the actual cost. The product may only be exchanged or compensated for through the sales area, and at this time the sales receipt or document obtained at the time of purchase must be presented. Also, the product must have its warranty label and poly bag intact.

Rules Concerning Compensability:
Product may be exchanged within 6 months of purchase with reason for defective material, subsidiary material, and/or needlework, and within 7 days of purchase for incorrect size and design color, at the same price for the same product when there’s no loss or damage inflicted to the product.

Cautions Needed for Handling:
Use 15-20 degrees C water at normal temperature for laundering. Avoid washing in a laundry machine and dry out in the shade. Do not use bleachers or bleaching cleansers. Use a cleaner for leathers. Do not expose to oil, direct rays of the sun, and heat of fire. Do not use in the way to making a wrinkles or damages

본제품의 품질보증기간은 구입일로 부터 6개월입니다. 소비자 부주의로 의한 제품의 훼손 및 세탁잘못에의한 변형 혹은 제품의구입후 품질보증기간인 6개월 경과후에는 보상의 책임을 지지않으며
수선이 가능할시에는 실비로 수선하여드립니다. 제품의 교환및 보상은 구입하신 매장을 통해서만 가능하며 이때반드시 제품구입시 제공된 영수증 또는 판매확인증을 반드시 지참하셔야 합니다.
또한 제품에 부착된 품질보증표, 폴리백의 변형및 손상이 없어야합니다.

보상에 대한 규정
원단, 부자재, 봉제의 불량인 경우 구입일로 6개월이내 사이즈 부정확 및 디자인 색상의 불만 구입일로 7일이내 제품의 손상이 없고 동일가격 동일제품으로의 교환이 원칙입니다.

취급시 주의사항
세척시에는 15-20도 상온의 물을 사용하십시요. 세척시 세탁기의사용은 피하시고 응달에서 완전건조하여주세요! 표백제나 표백세제의 사용은 금해주십시요 가죽제품은 크리너를 사용하여주세요. 기름이있는곳 직사광선및 화기의 노출이 우려되는곳은 사용하지말아주십시요, 구기거나 손상이일어나게 사용하지말아주세요.
